1Your account

You need to be at least 18 and able to enter a contract to use TechSalesNow. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for everything that happens under your account. One account per person; the product is built around one record and one job search.

Everything the product writes for you is built from the record you give it: your resume, your experience entries, your answers during onboarding. Keep that record true. The product refuses to invent a claim about you, and it cannot protect you from a claim you typed in yourself.

2The plan, billing and cancellation

TechSalesNow is one monthly plan with everything included. The price is the one shown on the pricing page at the moment you subscribe. Founding seats, where offered, keep their price for as long as that subscription stays active without interruption.

Payment is taken by Stripe at the start of each monthly period. We never see or store your card details.

You can cancel at any time from Settings through Manage billing. Cancelling stops the next payment. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing of yours is deleted by cancelling. We do not refund the current period once it has started, except where the law where you live requires it. If a charge fails, Stripe retries it; if it keeps failing, access ends a week after the paid period does.

3No promise of an outcome

A job search has one variable we do not control: the people on the other side. We do not guarantee replies, interviews, offers or any result. What we provide is a working method, real data about live roles, words built from your real record, and a system that tells you what to do next. Whether a given recruiter answers is not something any software can promise, and we will not pretend otherwise.

The founder's own result, described on the public pages, is his. It is not a prediction of yours.

4Drafts written by a model

Positioning, outreach messages, call scripts, company briefs and interview preparation are drafted by an AI model working from your record, the job posting and, where available, the company's own public pages. Every draft is checked mechanically against your record, and anything the check cannot prove is dropped or flagged rather than shown as fact.

You approve every message before it is sent, unless you turn that setting off yourself in Settings, which we record as your instruction. Either way, what goes out under your name is yours: read it, and change anything that is not how you would say it.

5Roles and company information from third parties

Job postings come from public job boards. Company information comes from the company's own public pages and, if you connect LinkedIn, from what your own account can see. Third-party data can be late, incomplete or wrong. Where the product cannot verify something it says so, in words like research unavailable or contact information unavailable, rather than filling the gap. We never look up, buy or guess anyone's email address; an email appears only when the person has published it.

6Connecting your LinkedIn account

Connecting LinkedIn is optional. If you connect it, you authorise us to send connection requests and messages in your name, from your account, through a third-party connection service, and to read what your account can read (a people search inside a company and the company's page) in order to map the hiring team.

LinkedIn's User Agreement prohibits automated messaging and connection requests. By connecting your account you are choosing to act against that agreement. We say this plainly because the decision and the risk are yours. LinkedIn responds to activity it does not like in stages: a warning; a temporary limit on invitations or messages, typically 24 to 72 hours; a lock that requires government identification to lift; and, rarely, a permanent restriction. Any of these can happen while you are actively searching, which may stop hiring managers from seeing your profile at the moment they are deciding. We do not control LinkedIn's decisions and cannot reverse them.

We keep the risk low, never at zero. Every message is approved by you before it goes unless you turn that off. Daily and weekly volumes are capped below the levels LinkedIn typically tolerates and start lower for newer or quieter profiles. Sending happens in business hours with human-like spacing. Stale pending invitations are withdrawn. If your account shows any warning, sending stops automatically and we tell you. Reads are capped per day as well.

We never see or store your LinkedIn password or session. You sign in on the connection partner's own page and we hold only an account reference, which is deleted when you disconnect. You can disconnect at any time from Settings; nothing sends or reads after that. One LinkedIn account per customer, and running another automation tool on the same account at the same time multiplies the risk and voids the protections in this section.

You are responsible for the content you approve and for the consequences on your LinkedIn account of choosing to connect it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for restrictions, limits or losses that LinkedIn applies to your account as a result of activity you authorised. If the consent text changes we will ask you to accept it again before anything sends; older consents no longer authorise sending.

7What you may not do

The product is for your own job search. You agree not to:

• Use it to contact people for any purpose other than your own candidacy, or to send anything unlawful, deceptive or abusive.
• Put false claims about yourself into your record or into a message.
• Share your account, resell access, or run the product on behalf of someone else without our written agreement.
• Scrape, copy or redistribute the job and company data the product shows you, or probe, overload or interfere with the service.
• Connect a LinkedIn account that is not yours.

8Your content and ours

Your resume, your record, your messages and everything derived from them are yours. You give us the permission we need to store and process them in order to run the product for you, and nothing more. The product itself, its design, its code and its written material are ours; you get a personal, non-transferable right to use them while you have an account.

9Ending the relationship

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion cancels an active plan first, releases your LinkedIn connection, removes your resume files and erases your record and pipeline. It cannot be undone.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other customers or the service at risk, or that we are required to close by law. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to export what is yours first.

10Liability

The product is provided as it is, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from these terms or the product is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as a missed opportunity, a lost offer or a restricted LinkedIn account. Some places do not allow these limits; where that is the case, they apply only as far as the law permits.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. When a change matters to you we will say so in the product or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use TechSalesNow after that date means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version.

12Contact and governing law

Questions about these terms go to the address on any email we have sent you, and we answer them by hand. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Harrington Enterprises LLC is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute is heard in the courts there unless the law where you live gives you the right to a court closer to home.
