If you have not had a first interview conversation in 90 days, we keep working your search for free until you do.

This is not a refund. Money back would mean we failed and then walked away. Instead we stop charging you and keep going. A first interview conversation means a recruiter or hiring manager talking to you about a specific role, by phone, video or in person. A rejection email is not one. You tell us it happened.

What we ask of you

  • Finished your profile and built your positioning.
  • Pursued at least 20 of the opportunities scored for you.
  • Sent at least 30 of the messages written for you, inside the 90 days.
  • Kept the follow-ups roughly on schedule rather than letting them lapse.

Nobody can make a company hire you, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can promise is that we do not stop.

What’s in it for me

Honestly: the first 5 of you are how this gets proven. You get the whole system and me working beside you behind the scenes. I get the feedback, and permission to publish what happened, anonymised. I expect most people to cancel after a few months because they got hired, and I have priced it so that is fine.
